Dear Consortium Members,

The application process is now officially open for the position of "NH PPI LIAISON PERSON" within the INCiPiT Consortium.

The PPI Liaison will be responsible for representing the Consortium in all activities aimed at promoting the active involvement of patients and families in clinical studies. Specifically, the selected individual will be involved in:

• Activities of the c4c-S PPI coordination group;
• Supporting PPI activities in projects and clinical studies in which INCiPiT is actively involved.

This role does not include a fixed salary. However, for specific paid PPI activities requested within the c4c-S framework, compensation or reimbursements may be provided.

Applications must be submitted by September 15, 2025, to the email address: info@incipit-pediatric.net, including a brief Curriculum Vitae.

All received applications will be shared with consortium members starting from September 16, 2025.

The election of the new NH PPI LIAISON will take place during the General Assembly on September 30, 2025, in Rome. Each member can cast their vote:

• In person, as Legal Representative or Delegated Representative (with a valid delegation for 2025);
• Remotely, if the delegate cannot be physically present.

It is also possible to delegate another consortium member or a different individual from the delegate, provided that a signed and dated delegation form is submitted. The content of the vote may or may not be specified in the delegation.
